The main living area opens onto the covered lanai and the screen enclosed pool deck through double French doors. The home has both a stereo and TV in the main living area complete with a DVD player, Dish Network and surround sound. Bayside also provides free Wi-Fi internet access for its guests and free local and domestic, long distance phone calls.

The fully equiped kitchen has everything you need for both casual and formal dining. A pass through window over the kitchen sink also allows easy transfer of food and service items onto the lanai for outdoor dining or grilling on the gas BBQ.

The lanai offers deck chairs for lounging in the sun and a bistro table with seating for four that can be arranged close to the pass through or with a view of the canal to best suit the needs of your family.
